I'm back

Do you ever just want to hide? I’m sure we have all felt this way at one point or another in our hectic lives. Not only would I like to hide, I would like to just get on a plane and see another part of the world. Not disappear, just take a break for awhile. I can’t really complain about where I reside, in beautiful San Diego, but the rat race and everyday monotony just makes me want to zoom on out of here. Of course, who’s fault is that? Mine. Surely I can change my perception of life, I have in the past. It’s just not that easy at times. So I will stop blogging and start getting ready for work, trudging along as usual, but being thankful I have a wonderful job, good health and beautiful family.

I’m currently putting together a How To Tuesday for next week.

Ho Hum. Happy Independence Day! Hopefully the sun will emerge from beneath the thick layers of “June Gloom” in San Diego. I am confident the weather will be perfect, the BBQ delectable, the pool inviting and the friends AWESOME!

I haven’t really been on for awhile because of the whole kitten thing. I’ve been pretty depressed.

I took an hour to make this last weekend. I’ll probably finish it this week. I hope to have it cast pretty soon so that I can wear it.

I want to thank everyone for your kind messages. I received over 50 messages in response to the kittens dying. Thank you so, so much. Your kind comments really do help.
